Welcome! As Inktavo and OrderMyGear (OMG) join forces, we are streamlining our tools. Follow this quick guide to access your ChatGPT Business account using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Step 1: Access the Login Page
Navigate to chatgpt.com and select Log in.
Step 2: Enter Your Work Email
Enter your official company email address. Depending on your current legacy setup, this will be:
firstname.lastname@inktavo.comfirstname.lastname@ordermygear.com
Note: Do not use "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft" unless specifically instructed by IT. Entering your email directly will trigger our custom SSO flow.
Step 3: Authenticate via SSO
Once you hit "Continue," the system will recognize your domain. You will be redirected to our company’s SSO (Single Sign-On) portal.
Enter your standard network credentials (the same ones you use for your laptop or email).
Complete any required Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompts.
Step 4: Switch to the Workspace
Once signed in, ensure you are using the Inktavo Workspace rather than a personal account. You can usually toggle this in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
⚠️ Troubleshooting & Access Issues
"Account not found": Access is currently invitation-only. If you have not been formally invited to the workspace, you will not be able to log in.
Login Loops: Clear your browser cache or try an Incognito/Private window.
