Welcome to the Inktavo team! We're thrilled to have you join us. This guide will help you get started on your first day and point you to the resources you'll need.
Getting Started
We're a fully remote company, so you can start your day from the comfort of your home. If you have any questions throughout the day, please don't hesitate to reach out to HR at hr@inktavo.com or IT at helpdesk@inktavo.com.
Account Setup
The email you just accessed, which brought you to this guide, contains your Inktavo email account instructions. Please ensure you have logged in to this account and check it for important information. Your Inktavo email is also where you will find your Slack invite/login, more info on that later.

Your Company Device
You should have received your company-issued device prior to your start date. To ensure a smooth setup, please follow the appropriate guide below based on your device type:
- Mac Devices: Enrolling Your New Mac Device
- Windows Devices: Enrolling Your New Windows Device
Please ensure you can successfully log into your device using your Inktavo account. Please refrain from using any personal accounts on the device. If you have not received your Inktavo-issued device by the Thursday before your first day, please contact IT immediately for assistance so we can ensure you receive your device in a timely manner.
Password Information
For information on password requirements and how to reset your password, please refer to our password reset guide: Password Reset (Google Workspace).
Additionally, Inktavo uses 1Password as our approved password manager. You should have an invitation to this tool in your Inktavo email account by your first day. For more information, please see our 1Password help article located here: Getting Started with 1Password at Inktavo.
Communication Tools
We use several communication platforms at Inktavo, including Slack, Gmail, and Google Meet. You will receive access to these tools as part of your onboarding. For more information on how to use these tools, check out are available articles on our Helpdesk portal:
